The study "Dinosaurier „Offline-Banking-Kunde“ – Wege ins digitale Zeitalter zur Stärkung der Kundenbeziehung" is an investigation by the CFin - Research Center for Financial Services at the Steinbeis University Berlin. The objective of the study is an analysis of the spread of online banking and user behavior within the different branches of banks.
